Photos: Police Responds To Cousin Eddie Display in Kentucky
When a “Cousin Eddie” display depicting a man exposing himself outside was set up in Kentucky, police were called to investigate because it seemed a little too real.
When the Shepherdsville, Kentucky, police arrived, they found that it was a seasonal decoration.
The responding cops were told by the dispatched officer that “a male standing outside. He is naked. He has a robe covering part of his body. He is exposing himself, and he has a hose between his legs
“Never a dull moment,” said Shepherdsville Police Chief Rick McCubbin.
The small town located 20 miles south of Louisville had no crimes that day, which was a relief to the police officers.

When the police arrived, they were snapping photos and giggling.
In her front yard, Joni Keeney brought the grumpy, gassy relative from her favorite holiday film who had a plumbing issue.
“Everybody has a ‘Cousin Eddie,’ in their family, everybody,” Keeney explained.
“She told me she was looking for a mannequin, and I’m like ‘Oh Lord, here we go,'” neighbor, Tamara Gould said.
Keeney found one, put a robe on him, a cigar in his mouth and a beer in his hand.
“We don’t drink, so we had to borrow our neighbor’s beer can,” said Keeney.
