Another Victim Dies Of Injuries At Asake’s Concert Crush
Security guard Gabriella Hutchinson, 23, died as a result of the wounds she sustained during the stampede during the Asake concert at the O2 Academy in Brixton, England.
The Asake event had to be cancelled when a “large number of people” tried to enter the location, according to the Met Police.
Mother-of-two Rebecca Ikumelo, 33, died on Saturday in Newham, east London.
The victim, who worked as a contracted security provider at the performance, reportedly died on Monday at the hospital, four days after the incident on Thursday night.

Daily Mail reports that the victim, who was working as a contracted security provider at the concert, died on Monday at the hospital four days after the incident on Thursday night.
Hutchinson became the second victim who lost her life in the incident, after 33-year-old Rebecca Ikumelo died on Saturday.
The Metropolitan Police disclosed that a third woman, 21, who was still receiving treatment, was in critical condition.
Chief Superintendent Colin Wingrove, policing commander for Lambeth and Southwark, said, “It is devastating news that a second person has lost their life following the events on Thursday.
In the middle of the performance on Thursday, Asake’s concert was canceled because several people attempted to enter without tickets.
At 9:35 p.m., the police and other emergency response personnel were called to the O2 Academy in Brixton after claims that “a substantial number of people were trying to force admission to the event.”
