DNA of Tory Lanez’s not found on the gun used to shoot Megan Thee Stallion
After a pool party on July 12, 2020, at Kylie Jenner’s house, Megan Thee Stallion claimed on August 20, 2020 that Tory Lanez was the shooter who injured her.
Despite the shooting trial of Tory Lanez and Megan Thee Stallion almost being over, prosecutors apparently tried to indict Lanez today on two charges of witness intimidation.
Lanez, real name Daystar Peterson, was arrested for allegedly hiding a handgun in a moving vehicle but not for allegedly shooting Megan, real name Megan Pete.
According to New York City attorney Mohammad Gangat, better known on social media as @lawyerforworkers, the prosecution attempted to hit Lanez with two new felony charges of intimidating a witness. Gangat says, “One for intimidating Meg. Two for intimidating Kelsey [Nicole Harris].”

It appears to have been difficult to locate witnesses who could help the Los Angeles Police Department’s investigation. Early reports even implied that broken glass, rather than a bullet, was to blame for Megan’s wounds.
Megan stated in her video that she should have called the police immediately but gave the explanation that she delayed because she believed the LAPD was acting “aggressively.”
“I didn’t get cut by no glass, but let me tell you why they’re saying that,” Megan said. “When the police came because the neighbors called the police … the police come — I’m scared. All this shit going on with the police … I didn’t want to die. I didn’t want the police to shoot me cause there’s a n- – – – with a gun in the car with me.”
