About DJ Shog
He had no idea that he would eventually go on to become a well-known electronic artist around the world. He started attending private parties and competing in DJ contests in the early 1990s to learn more about his interest in deejaying. He began doing this frequently during concerts in the northern part of Germany.
Under the moniker DJ SHOG, he concurrently released his debut track in 2001, which quickly reached Germany’s top spot. In June 2002, he started working for WEA Records as an A&R dance/trends scout, a first for Warner Music.
In addition to his duties as the responsible product manager (for projects like Bravo Hits’ “The Dome”), he was also in charge of supervising a number of employees and creating the budgets for annual spending plans that were in the millions of dollars.
